Childcare Schemes Cash Transfers
If you purchase Tax-Free Childcare, Employer-Supported Childcare, Computershare vouchers, or any other scheme to help you pay for childcare, please complete this form each time you transfer money to the school.
You need to complete a form for each child at Cavendish Primary and for each cash transfer. This enables the admin team to correctly allocate balances to each child and avoids confusion.
