Key Priorities

We have a busy year ahead with the following key priorities in 2025-26:

Embed values: belonging, kindness, curiosity, confidence and ambition
Embed Cavendish Learning Skills: resilience, communication, collaboration and reflection
Attendance and punctuality at least 96%
Instil excellence: relationships, learning and standards
Implement a new RE curriculum
Teaching and learning focus for development: writing and fluency in maths
Nurture a neuro-affirming school
