Community Action Partnership Panel

The Community Action Partnership Panel (CAPP) is a part of the Hounslow Early Help Offer – a national drive from the Government to increase the Early Help and prevention to children and families. 

CAPP brings together professionals across education, health, social care, police, and the voluntary and community sector to support children and families at a local and community level, responding early to needs. There is an opportunity to discuss specific cases at the panel, as well as hearing from local services that support children and families in the borough. CAPP recognises how integral schools are in supporting children and families locally and as such are seeking more schools to come on board.

You are invited to attend the panel and get involved to build stronger community support for children and families in Hounslow.
